By creating an account on Jewellery Manager Plus ("the service"), operated by Kamalvasini Tech, you agree to these terms.

1. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login details safe. The shop owner is responsible for the staff logins they create.

2. Free trial and plans

• New shops get a free trial as shown on the pricing section.
• After the trial or when a plan ends, the shop becomes view-only until it is renewed. Your data is not deleted.
• Plan prices, limits and included modules are shown on the website and inside the app and may change for future renewals.
• Payments are made in advance and are non-refundable once the period has started, unless required by law.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, try to access other shops' data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

4. Your data

You own your business records. You can export them at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

5. Accuracy and taxes

The software helps with calculations such as GST, interest and returns. Please verify figures before filing returns or making decisions; responsibility for statutory filings remains with the business.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be kept short.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current plan period.
