Jewellery Manager Plus ("the service") is operated by Kamalvasini Tech ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use jewellerymanagerplus.kamalvasinitech.com and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Account details – your name, e-mail address, mobile number and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account name, e-mail and profile picture.
- Shop details – shop name, address, GSTIN and logo that you enter.
- Business records – bills, parties, items, girvi, khata, stock and other data you enter into the app.
- Payment details – when you buy a plan, payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference, never your card or bank details.
- Technical data – IP address, browser type and log data needed to keep the service secure.
2. How we use it
- To provide the service, sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To manage your subscription and send service messages (for example password reset or renewal reminders).
- To give support when you contact us.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your business records for advertising.
3. Your business data
Your shop's records belong to you. Each shop's data is kept separate and is visible only to the users you create. Our support team may access your shop only when you ask for help, and such access is logged.
4. Google sign-in
If you choose "Continue with Google", we only read your basic profile (name, e-mail, picture) to create and sign in to your account. We do not access your Gmail, contacts, Drive or any other Google data.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers and transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored encrypted (hashed). You can export your data to Excel at any time.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. If your plan ends, your shop becomes view-only and the data stays available to you. To delete your account and all shop data, contact us on WhatsApp +91 95765 98611; we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
